The absurdity of the Shelby County Health Departments closures of any bar who's license is a "limited service restaurant", shows just how biased of picking winners and losers this whole process is. So the 50 or so "limited service restaurants" that have been forced to close....again, are NOT the problem. Thus, their law suit claiming that the health department's directive is baseless with no scientific data to prove.
